| The effect of initial density on the removal of dichlorvos was shown in Fig.5. When the initial density of dichlorvos is increased, the removal efficiency decreased. This may be due to the hydroxyl radical scavengers CO32-, HCO3- generated in the reaction. The removal efficiency decreased from20% to 80% when the initial density of dichlorvos increased from 2 to10 ¦Ìg•cm-1 which the spraying density is 1 ¦Ìg•cm-1. But the removal efficiency decreased from 90% to 39.16% when the initial density of dichlorvos increased from 2 to10 ¦Ìg•cm-1 which the spraying density is 2 ¦Ìg•cm-1.This may be large amount of intermediates may be formed with high initial density of dichlorvos, which can consume •OH in turn, resulting in the deficiency of hydroxyl radicals. Therefore, as the density of parent compounds increased, the removal efficiency of dichlorvos decreased. |
