author conflicts信息缺失怎么办呀！！ 已有2人参与

前天sigir截稿，我提交的版本没有author conflicts信息，上面author conflicts显示的none，作者邮箱后缀倒是有学校机构信息（但也不全），这个影响大嘛？会被desk rej嘛？现在要怎么做呀？好慌呀，感觉自己犯了这么蠢的问题可太难受了。 目前，刚用邮箱给大会发邮件，看能否添加，邮箱不是投稿的邮箱，也没有告知自身信息。还想问下，如果我把个人信息发给大会，违反双盲嘛？有必要实名问嘛？ |

We will soon open submissions to the Program Committee for bidding. In order to make this process smooth, we ask that you take some time now to declare conflicts of interest on your submissions. A conflict of interest exists between two people who are: * employed at the same institution or company * advisor and current/past graduate student * co-authors within the last three years * investigators on the same grant or research project * actively working on a project together now * related by birth or marriage or close personal friend * a history of strong animosity with the person or group Any person having a conflict of interest will not participate in the reviewing, discussion or decision on the paper. Conflicts must be declared on each submission separately.
