各位大佬，投稿后，要求修改，修改完后根据编辑部要求按照系统进程完成修改稿上传以及response letter等上传。一个月后收到编辑部的来信，2个审稿人能看到我的修改稿和我的response letter，另外一个看不到。他的意见如下： Comments to the Author I am looking at the Revision 1 submission for this manuscript. Unfortunately I am unable to proceed with the review at this time: The authors have not provided the reviewers with a list of reviewer comments from the initial review and individual responses as to how each of them has been addressed in the revised manuscript. This is very much the norm when resubmitting a journal paper and is the least that could be expected here to assist the reviewers. When the authors have provided such an additional document in the resubmission I will then be in a position to do the review. 大家觉得我应该怎样回复，是否需要跟编辑发邮件，还是把修改稿和response letter重新在系统里上传？ |
