投稿Preproduction Review中图片格式返修 求指教

再发一次，投稿返修，，Preproduction Review中这样写道：authors must use one image file per figure. use one image file for the figures with more than one part (i.e.: incorporate parts (a) and (b) into one image file instead of two). also, add the letter label ((a), (b), (c) etc.) as part of the image file. do not use separate drawing tools and/or text boxes to create the appearance of a single file. 我的理解是abcd这种组起来的图要组完之后，作为一张图片插入到文章中，我原稿中也是这样做的啊，不知道为什么还会这样提示我。是我的理解错误或遗漏吗，求解答 |
