再补充：那个编辑是eputy Editor，是个Dr.在欧洲化学的Editor Board里也没看到这个人名字，可能负责的那个编辑有事， 找个人代的，编辑的据信是： We are truly sorry to have to inform you that we are unable to accept your manuscript for publication. Since considerably more papers are received than we can possibly publish, a selection process has to be applied. In the course of this, the opinions of referees are considered, but an article is also assessed as to whether it is of interest to a wide readership or of great significance for the development of a topical area of chemistry. We hope that you will understand our decision, which is in accord with the opinion of one referee. In view of the flood of manuscripts we are forced to be very selective, and can almost only accept those manuscripts which receive two clear-cut positive referee reports..... |
