2009-7-12 向Surface and Coatings Technology投稿 2009-7-13 收到文章编号 Editor Invited 2009-7-18 Technical check in progress 2009-7-24 under review 2009-8-26 审稿意见 minor revise 有两个审稿人 一个提出要换一种检测手段 一个审稿非常细致，文章每个部分都提了很多意见，最后把我的结论都推翻了。 感觉完全是大修。头疼中。。。 有些问题（也是审稿人提出的），向大家请教一下 1.Optical properties How was the transmission of the substrate considered? A better way would be the fitting of the spectra (confirming the film thickness). （在石英基片上镀膜，用紫外-可见光谱测其光学性能） 2.XPS分析 XPS was done ex situ. ***（含碳的材料） is normally electrically conductive, no charge effects are expected except for the substrate. How was the calibration of the C1s 284.6eV done? How to be sure this is the maximum of the peak? If so: did you consider the surface contamination in the composition? 请高人指教！！！ |
