博士招生，工程类，老师超级nice，全额奖学金，感兴趣的同学可以了解下 Ph.D. Graduate student position at Virginia Commonwealth University (全额奖学金, tuition + stipend) We are looking for well-motivated graduate students to join the Micro/Nano Transport and Printed Devices lab in Fall 2022. The research area focuses on inkjet printing and 3D printing, self-assembly of nanostructured materials, solid-liquid interactions, and transport across multiple length and time scales (https://blogs.vcu.edu/hzhao2/publications/). Highly motivated students with a minimum BS degree in Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering, Material science & engineering or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Some experiences in fluid mechanics, fabrication of functional electronic devices and coating techniques will be a plus, but not required. The successful candidate should have strong passion in doing research in lab environment, and demonstrate proficiency in English to meet the TOEFL (or IELTS) and GRE requirements of the VCU College of Engineering. 英语要求： 1. GRE： Quantitative analysis 要150+，总分没有具体要求。(For terms in 2022, GRE can be waived) 2. TOEFL或者IELTS。TOEFL要90+，IELTS 的Overall Band Score 6+. The College of Engineering has outstanding state-of-the-art instructional and research facilities, and offers MS, PhD as well as ABET accredited undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical& Life Science Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, and Mechanical & Nuclear Engineering (MNE). MNE is the largest department at VCU's College of Engineering, with total undergraduate and graduate enrollments around 600 and 90 students, respectively.
