Your background is great! At the moment I don't have any funds  to support you.  I think  it  will be a good idea  applying for  CSC fellowship? I can help you by defining jointly a research topic and writing the support letter. Let me know what do you think?

有两个问题请教一下：
  (1) 关于CSC fellowship，申请难度如何？
  (2) 如果申请CSC成功，该走怎样的流程，我是不是到他那边去做研究？
