第一篇文章投MOTL被拒了，主要意见如下，希望有经验的大佬们多多指点 （Microwave and Optical Technology Letters） I would like to point out that, to maintain a high technical standard of published material, we have to be very selective. To achieve our speed of publication, the reviewers are asked to make their decisions as quickly as possible and they are not required to provide us with technical comments. In the case of your manuscript, however, we were provided with some comments for your information (see below). However, we recommend you revise your manuscript and resubmit once completed. Reviewing - Phase 2: 2 Comments to the Author This reviewer has the following suggestions: 1. language corrections are suggested. 2. the simulation set up needs to be explained in detail. 3. The boundary condition for RCS set up needs to be explained. 4. It would be suggestive to see a comparison table with state of art references. 5. It is better to see the size in electrical size rather than physical dimensions. |
