Matlab处理医学影像数据 已有1人参与

| 求助求助本人用拿到了CT数据，dicom格式的，16位，现在想根据文献中的以下描述用Matlab来处理数据，有大神能指点一下要怎么操作吗？文献中是这样描述的：“The obtained X-ray images were treated as follows: the images were first transformed into negative edition; then the function "rgb2gray" in MATLAB program was employed to transform the negative edition into gray images and also to extract the corresponding gray matrix. The weighted average gray value of each sample was then statistical calculated from the gray matrix using the weighted average method." |
