project: molecular modeling of intrinsically disordered protein liquid-liquid phase separation, supramolecular organization, and disruption by small molecules （构建内在无序蛋白质液液相分离、超分子组织和小分子破坏的分子模型）

project description: the phd project will first consist in characterizing the liquid-liquid phase separation and supramolecular organization of natural intrinsically disordered proteins by using coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations. a second objective will be to study and design some aromatic heterocyclic compounds capable of disrupting those protein condensates.

supervisor: prof. tap ha-duong email: tap.ha-duong@universite-paris-saclay.fr

profile and skills required: master degree in molecular biophysics, structural bioinformatics, or computational chemistry. experiences in molecular dynamics simulations, linux shell, and python scripting will be greatly appreciated. （要求有计算化学背景）

level of required english: intermediate: you can speak the language in a understandable, coherent way and self-assuredly on subjects of the current life which are familiar to you.
