下面的是今天收到的邮件
我想请教大家的事情是我需要做什么？
1是把journal publishing agreement and offprint order form
发过去吗？
2.这俩个东西一定要发过去吗？
3.实在他发给我的邮件里面的链接里面吗？（我看了十空白的），若是的话，是不是要下载下来填好，但是不知道怎么填，填好之后扫描变成PDF发过去？？
