precipitation heat treatment:heat to a temperature within the range 1325 to 1400F,hold at the selected temperature for approximately 8 hours,cool at 100F degrees per hour to a temperature with the range 1150 to 1200F,hold at the selected temperature for approximately 8 hours and air cool.Istead of the 100 F degrees per hour cooling rate to 1150 to 1200 F,the product may be furnace cooled at rate provided the time at 1150 to 1200F is adujsted to give a total preciptation heat treatment time of approximately 18 hours. 请教各位,第二种方法的18小时中,降温的那段时间是不是可以多到10个小时,还是只能是2个小时左右. |
