PhD Position #1:
Research topic: Thermal Decomposition of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in Soil (Sponsor: US National Science Foundation CAREER Program)；
What are you going to learn: knowledge of environmental remediation and liquid chromatograph, high-resolution mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, and other useful analytical skills.

PhD Position #2:
Research topic: An Innovative Treatment Strategy for Removal of PFAS in Landfill Leachate and Groundwater (Sponsor: Early Career Award from USEPA Science to Achieve Results (STAR) Program)；
What are you going to learn: water and wastewater treatment and liquid chromatograph, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and other useful analytical skills.

What are you going to do:
You are expected to
• work in a diverse research team and gain knowledge of the field through literature review, discussion with groupmates and collaborators, and internal group meetings;
• contribute to the experimental deign and perform experiments;
• analyze and interpret experimental results;
• enroll in the training program for PhD students。
