[求助] 牛Ⅰ型胶原三维细胞培养（3D细胞培养） 已有1人参与

各位虫友，我们实验室最近买了国产赤萌的牛Ⅰ型胶原做3D培养，有一些技术问题想请教： 1、如何在体外使用胶原蛋白模拟细胞外基质呀？按照文献步骤无法成胶，哪位大神做过类似的，求指点！！！ 2、求助肝癌细胞hepG2的培养方案，对于这种不贴壁的的细胞，尤其需要胶原蛋白，希望提供细节方案！谢谢！ |
