Transfer pending如何选择？是文章质量问题吗？ 已有2人参与

投稿两天被编辑拒稿，给了transfer pending 的选项，而且分区差异很大，有一区、二区、三区和新出的期刊。 Decision letter是这样的： After reviewing your manuscript, although the paper discusses the importance of hyperspectral imaging, it is felt that the manuscript would be better suited for a food engineering related journal, therefore, unfortunately, your paper will not be considered for publication. Given the large and growing number of submissions, Trends is unable to consider all submitted manuscripts。 这算是文章质量问题吗？老板一直没看论文，所以也没有对文章的相关预期，现在该如何选择呢？@Monash2011 |
