The 'View Letter' link allows you to see the letter associated with the returned submission. 大家好，我前两天投了一篇elsevier旗下的期刊一篇论文，今天收到建议转投另一个旗下的期刊（说不需要修改），我就点同意了，但新投的期刊状态为Sent Back to Author！！！第一次自己投稿，搞不懂什么意思，请大家帮忙看看怎么回事，先谢谢了！具体说法如下: The 'Edit Submission' link allows you to fix or alter your submission. Please use Edit Submission to make changes to the meta-data and to remove and upload new files that make up your submission. The 'Remove Submission' link removes your submission from the system.
