虫友们求帮助，投了ISIJ期刊，审稿一个月后回来了decision letter，主编拒稿，但副主编说让修改后重投，该怎么操作，附上 Desicion letter内容。谢谢大家！欢迎支招！ I write you in regards to manuscript ''XXX" which you submitted to the ISIJ International.
