新加坡南洋理工大学 ayumu tashiro实验室诚招博后。cv请发atashiro@ntu.edu.sg postdoctoral positions in neuroscience at nanyang technological university, singapore we invite applications for two postdoctoral positions available in the laboratory of dr. ayumu tashiro at nanyang technological university, singapore. the hippocampus is well known for its functions in memory formation and mood regulation. we study how neuronal circuits in the hippocampus mediate these functions with focuses on two distinct phenomena in the adult hippocampus: place cell activity and neurogenesis. for this purpose, we take an interdisciplinary approach combining virus-mediated genetic manipulation, optogenetics and optical and electrophysiological recording techniques in behaving rodents. successful applicants will be involved in research for understanding 1) the mechanism underlying spatial and temporal information processing in the hippocampus and/or 2) the function and regulation of adult neurogenesis, using head-mounted miniscope or unit recording in free moving mice or two photon microscopy in head-fixed mice. prior experience in optical or electrical recording techniques are preferred but not an absolute requirement. please send cv and contract info for two referees to atashiro@ntu.edu.sg. recruitment will be closed as soon as the positions are filled. 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
