求助各位高手：Polymer Bulletin 格式要求，急！非常感谢，拜托了！

我最近投了polymer bulletin 一篇文章，一周后回信，说：We are sorry but the format of your contribution does not match the requirements of Polymer Bulletin. Please provide international reviewers. The majority has to be outside from your home country to guarantee a fair and independent reviewing. 请问各位高手： 1）我所用格式是polymer bulletin提供的the SV-journal template,该模版中的一些要求与2009年出版的文章格式有些不同，应该按照模板还是按照2009年出版的文章格式修改！ 2）我将文章中谱图都列在文章末尾，这样做合适吗？是否该将谱图列在文章中而不是文章末尾！ 3）international reviewers 应该上哪能够找到 谢谢各位高手了！拜托了！ |
