郁闷，投physics letter a 两个月，得到确是这样的结果

It is not clear to me why you have submitted this paper to a physics journal like this. There is no discussion of physics at all. The paper stays entirely within the realm of mathematics/cryptography and engineering. Although we may have considered such papers in the past, we now have a lot of pressure on space, so have tightened some of our criteria.
