cover letter模板求助

International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks 有谁投过？ 要写Cover letter 谁有模板吗? 另外这个刊物为什么没有投稿的模板？ All parts of the manuscript should be typewritten, doublespaced, with margins of at least one inch on all sides. Number manuscript pages consecutively throughout the paper. Authors should also supply a shortened version of the title suitable for the running head, not exceeding 50 character spaces. 这个doublespaced是什么意思？ 双倍行距？ 第一次投这种不能online submittion 的刊物 迷糊得很？ 请指点 特别是cover letter |
