通过分析总结西部公路项目特点、后评价性质和后评价特点，针对西部公路项目后评价存在的问题，提出西部公路后评价的十项原则，探讨了在目前公路后评价体系的基础上，通过评价内容、指标、指标层次、指标结构、方法、参数、工作机制等方面的调整、改进和完善的途径，为建立西部公路项目后评价体系提供了思路和对策。 Ten principles of post-assessment were proposed based on several tasks completed such as analyzing the characteristics of Western Highway project, properties and characteristics of post-evaluation, as well as present problems of post-assessment of Western Highway. Lots of items were adjusted, improved and refined, including evaluation content, indicators, levels, structure indicators, methods, parameters, and mechanisms. These tasks provided thoughts and ways to post-evaluation system of Western Highway. |
