请问，询问稿件状态的信件怎么写呢？

大家好，09年5月7号把文章投出去了，3个月过去了，音信全无。 所以我想写信问一下编辑，请问这种信件应该怎么写，有没有谁写过，发个模板给我。谢谢！ |
