http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=648142&view=old 国际刊物投稿Cover Letter写作要点 国外刊物的Editors 大多是世界各领域的专家，他们的时间是很宝贵的，因此Cover Letter要尽可能简短地写出要点。我推荐大家采用编号的方式写出以下要点即可。很多人都写成了信件的格式，其实很没有必要，而且浪费Editors的宝贵时间。我用了多次，都没问题。 1. Scope: （指出研究的相关领域，便于Editors选择Reviewers）。 2. Authors: （列出所有作者名单）。 3. Corresponding authors: （列出姓名，电话，电子邮件，详细通讯地址）。 4. Significance of your research: （这是Cover letter灵魂！你自己研究的意义；说服Editors初步接受你稿件，并送审）。 5. Potential reviewers: （推荐同行评审人名单，包括其姓名，电话，电子邮件，详细通讯地址）。 注意： 采用1.5倍行距，Time New Roamans字体，字号为12 ；其中1~4压缩在1页范围内；5单独为1页。 另外，回修稿的Cover Letter写作要点为： 1. 对Editors和Reviewers致谢！ 2. 说明你详细地进行了修改。 3. 逐条回应Editors和Reviewers的Comments；列出文章中改动内容，并用高亮度字体标出。 请大家批评指正，谢谢！ |
