Dear xxx,

The Editors of xxx thank you for submitting this paper but regret to advise you that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form, and will require substantial revision before it could be considered for publication.

The Editors however, would be happy to consider a rewritten and resubmitted paper. In revising your paper you should consider all the points raised by the referees, whose comments are available below (). When resubmitting your paper you must provide a point by point list of your response to the reviewers' and Editor's comments on your paper including where you have made changes to your manuscript.

Referee 1: 提了大概15个小问题
Referee 2：The manuscript is focused on xxx used in preparation of optical active compounds. The strategy is new and promising to achieve target molecules by ecologically friendly way. Results are interesting and valuable for publishing.
The English language needs improvement!
建议大修，看来文章语言和组织是大问题，希望大否？

有希望，建议首先回复所有审稿人的意见，在此基础上重新把文章好好的修改一下。最后找个英语是母语或者英语写作非常好的人修改英文，很有希望接受。
