文章终于被接受了，但是想请大家帮忙看看用回复吗

接收信里说道了付费出版彩图的事，还有两个PDF文件，我不想彩图出版，哪位高人帮我看看，这封信用回复吗？ PLEASE ANSWER BY: a.s.a.p. The files we have received as the revised version are sufficient for further processing; therefore, it is not necessary to upload any additional 'production data'. In case anything needs to be changed with respect to these files, please let us know a.s.a.p. Please also note the following requests/remarks: [X] We can offer a reduced overall author contribution to the additional production costs if you are interested in more than one color graphic and/or a cover picture; see below. If applicable, please contact us about details. [X] The color reproduction of a graphic involves significant extra costs. It is our policy to ask authors to contribute half of these costs, i.e., Euro 595 (including VAT) for one graphic. Please confirm that you are prepared to cover these costs by filling out and returning the attached Color Cost Confirmation form. Otherwise, all graphics will be processed in standard black & white. Where applicable, please send us revised graphics so that they are suitable for black & white reproduction and, if applicable, also adjust the graphics captions accordingly. [X] I would like to invite you to have your interesting article additionally featured on the cover page. The cover picture should be eye-catching and graphically present the essence of or an important message from your contribution. For example, it could be a graphic from the article, a suitable combination of graphics from the article, or also a newly created graphic based on the content of the article. If your graphics are chosen for the cover, we will provide you with a PDF file of the cover page, and every reprint you order will contain the journal cover as the front page. As an additional service you can now also order posters of your cover pictures. Unfortunately, we have to ask you to assume half of the production costs. This amounts to a contribution from you of Euro 1395 (including VAT). Please confirm that you are prepared to cover these costs by filling out and returning the attached Cover Cost Confirmation form. Pictures for the cover will be reproduced at a size of 18 cm x 14 cm (width x height). TIFF, JPEG, EPS, or PDF files of sufficient resolution and, if applicable, appropriate lettering size should be provided, while a white background should be avoided. Unnecessary details or too small graphic items also should be avoided. Furthermore, please enclose a short text that describes the cover picture (max. 300 characters). Please send us your suggestion(s) for the cover layout and the caption by Email IMPORTANT: Please note that the number of interested contributors usually exceeds the number of available cover pictures. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your article will be chosen, even if you have provided a suitable graphic. Please bear in mind that the submitted manuscript must be the FINAL VERSION. Costs for any additions or further changes made during correction of the page proofs will be charged to the author, unless such changes have been agreed upon by the Editor. |
