Documented steps for initiation of designs (e.g., functional specification); 2. Description of system requirement for the entire set up within an organization; 3. Diagnosing the issue and resolving it on demand; 4. Developing front end website architecture; 5. Designing user interactions on web pages; 6. Developing back end website applications; 7. Creating servers and databases for functionality; 8. Ensuring responsiveness of applications; 9. Working for web design features; 10. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product; 11. Designing and developing APIs; 12. Meeting both technical and consumer needs; 13. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages; 14. He/She should have an idea for fixing the system problems in case of sudden system failure or crash。 Requirements: 1. Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science from a recognised university; 2. Strong organisational and project management skills; 3. Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript; 4. Familiar with building web applications with web frameworks such as Flask, Django; 5. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber; 6. Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net; 7. Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB; 8. Excellent verbal communication skills and good problem solving skills; 9. Attention to detail; 10. Fluent spoken and written English. Welfare: 1. Ensuring user experience determines design choices; 3. Developing features to enhance the user experience; 4. Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design; 5. Ensuring web design is optimized for mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablet PCs); 6. Building reusable code for future use; 7. Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability. 8. Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages. 9. Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design. Requirements: 1. Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science from a recognised university; 2. Strong organisational and project management skills; 3. Understanding of key design principles. 4. Create quality mockups and prototypes 5. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. 6. Understanding of server-side CSS. 7. Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator. 8. Experience with responsive and adaptive design. 9. Understanding of SEO principles. 10. Excellent verbal communication skills. 11. Good interpersonal skills. 12. Excellent verbal communication skills and good problem-solving skills; 13. Fluent spoken and written English. Welfare: 1.
