提示的很清楚，就是你的分子坐标书写的部分出现了不该出现的字符 PDB什么什么的。  应该是你直接从pdf文件生成的高斯输入文件有问题。把分子坐标里多余的部分删掉，只留下原子的名称和xyz的坐标。这个报错就能解决了。

我是用chemdraw画的结构，然后pdb倒入高斯的
刚安装试算  还不太会看  果然删掉pdb信息就好了

能再请教一下：
我在文献上看到计算极化率用   DFT(M062X/6-31+G(d))  这个方法和基组
但是在计算method里面并没有找到这个
我是用的gauss09，是需要导入新基组还是什么原因呢？

这个方法是支持的。你指的应该是GaussView里没有自带这个方法而已。GaussView这个软件只是起到一个辅助帮你生成输入文件的作用。它支持的方法非常有限，远远不能涵盖高斯本身支持的所有方法。你可以自己用文本编辑器自行修改输入文件中的关键词部分。就改成M062x/6-31+G(d) 就可以了。
