Postdoc position at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Spring, 2021) Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute on the epitaxial growth and characterization of semiconductor films. In-depth knowledge in TEM, RHEED, and x-ray diffraction is desirable. The candidate should be highly motivated, skillful in hands-on electronics and has experience in vacuum technology. The initial appointment will be for one year and renewable upon mutual interest. The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering.
