求助各位大牛，关于Advanced Science版面费税费的问题 今天收到邮件里说“If your manuscript is accepted for publication in Advanced Science, you will be asked to pay the following:Article Publication Charge: 5000 USD** Upon invoicing, tax will be added where applicable. If you are a tax-exempt individual or institution, you will be asked to provide your relevant tax information at that time. Please see https://www.wileyopenaccess.com/ ... d2979e/Authors.html for more information on publication charges and applicable taxes. You may provide an alternative billing address at the time of payment if an institution or another individual is paying the publication charge for your manuscript.” 这个税费是怎么回事，是国内这里收还是国外收，税率怎么查 望各位不吝赐教，谢谢啦 |
