细胞基因治疗领域GMP科学家招聘 GMP Scientist Recruitment in the field of cell gene therapy 岗位职责： 1. 负责新的细胞和基因治疗药物的研发 2. 科学家职位，有GMP科研经验者优先考虑 3.成人干细胞在GMP条件下的培养和扩增 4. 细胞源性外泌体的研究与开发; 5. 制定和构建细胞医学标准程序和疗效评价体系; 6. 跟进细胞治疗、基因治疗、外泌体分离等最新工程技术，形成技术评估报告，协助研发创新 Job Description： 1. Responsible for the research and development of new cell and gene therapy drugs 2. GMP experience is preferred for GMP Scientist position 3. Culture and expansion of human adult stem cell expansion under GMP conditions 4. Research and development of cell derived exosomes; 5. Develop and construct cell medical standard procedures and efficacy evaluation system; 6. Follow up the latest engineering technology of cell therapy, gene therapy and exosome isolation, form technology evaluation report, assist R&D and innovation 任职要求： 1. 扎实的细胞生物学，分子生物学，质粒设计知识，背景。本科及以上学历。要求有GMP细胞培养经验。 2. 扎实的分子细胞生物学检测技术，良好的无菌操作技能，GMP干细胞培养，分子克隆，质粒设计，电穿孔经验。 3.良好的合作与沟通能力，有上进心，原则上善于探索分子生物学和细胞培养操作的关键步骤。 4. 良好的英语听说读写能力，能使用英语作为工作语言者优先。 5. 工作积极主动，责任心强，有团队合作精神。 Job Requirements: 1. Solid knowledge of cell biology, molecular biology, plasmid design, background is required. Bachelor degree or above. GMP Scientist requires experience in GMP cell culture setting. 2. Solid molecular cell biological testing technology, good aseptic operation skills, experience in GMP stem cell culture, molecular cloning, plasmid design, electroporation. 3. Excellent cooperation and communication skills, self-motivated, good at exploring the key steps of molecular biology and cell culture operations in principle. 4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills， can use English as working language is preferred. 5.
