美国Texas A&M赵锋教授课题组，拟招收博后，开展生物材料等方向研究。赵老师要求申请人有较高的主观能动性，背景要求不高。 有兴趣的同学可以直接跟赵老师联系，email：fengzhao@tamu.edu 课题组网址：https://fzhao.engr.tamu.edu Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering Lab The Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering Lab seeks to address the challenges associated with engineering completely biological tissues for regenerative medicine applications. We are developing innovative cell therapies using stem cell sheets to create 3D scaffold-free tissue constructs with the structural similarity, necessary mechanical characteristics, and sufficient immuno-compatibility to facilitate functional in vivo integration. We are also trying to recreate biomimetic microenvironment for 3D tissue development by precisely manipulating biomaterials, oxygen tension, and hydrodynamic culture conditions. The underlying mechanisms that regulate the tissue development are under ongoing investigation by the experimental replication of in vivo cell-cell and cell-environment interactions. |
