标题: 香港理工博后：基于机器学习的流动控制研究（postdoc opportunities in hk polyu: machine-learning-based flow control）

department of mechanical engineering, the hong kong polytechnic university is offering positions of postdoctoral fellow. successful applicants will study machine-learning-based flow control either numerically or experimentally.

required qualifications:
- phd degree in engineering, applied mathematics, physics, computer science
or related field
- strong background in fluid-structure interaction or flow control
- good knowledge and hands-on experiences in machine learning (deep-
reinforcement learning preferred)
- good written and oral communication skills
- good publication record

preferred skills and experiences in numerical modelling:
- excellent computational skills in cfd programming (cuda c preferred)
- strong experience in lattice boltzmann method
- experience with parallel computing (e.g., mpi)
- experience in finite element modelling and immersed boundary method

preferred skills and experiences in experiments:
- experience with wind/water tunnel experiments
- strong experience in piv measurements
