Reviewer #2: Most comments have been addressed in the reviewed manuscript. This article is also well organized and written. However, the proposed method still needs to overcome several obvious shortcomings that make it very weak to warrant publication in this journal.
1. Both the proposed framework and stopping criterion are simple changes to the existing methods [1-2]. In fact, the performance of the proposed failure probability errors with leave-one-out method is not necessarily better than the relative error of failure probability.

2. The errors in Eq. (4) should be corrected.
3. The number in Fig.1 should be corrected.
4. It is recommended that the authors give a clear enlarged view near the limit state surface in Figure.4.
5. The two   in Eq. (30) should be distinguished.
6. The paper also suffers from grammar-related issues and needs thorough proofread.
