[求助] 出国和就业我该如何选择

国内导师帮套的磁，双非。对方英国导师也算个大牛吧。说能否让我找个funding先来当一年的visiting student，一起工作然后转成phd当资金可用的时候。以下是主要的两封邮件回复
第一封：
Thanks, this is excellent. Could you send me your CV for reference?
   I do not have funding at the minute but this may change.
   Do you think it would be possible for you to find funding to come as a visiting student for a year so we could start working together and then transition to a PhD as funding becomes available?
   This should not introduce a delay for your graduation as in XXX the main criteria for graduation is journal papers as first author so we could work on those while being a visiting student and then use them for your PhD with us once registered.
第二封：

We are writing several grants (a major grant went in last Thursday) and I hope tht during this year additional funding for studentships will be available. I cannot promise other thann, like you, I will do my very best to help you find a scholarship.

我今年28了，家里不富裕，我确实能搞定这visiting一年的费用，但如果phd没成，回来就又损失了一年，现在国企单位和本地都有人才政策，薪资一般在年16左右。
很难抉择，现在就业能安稳一辈子，但感觉会碌碌无为，我很想出去试一试，又担心错失这个安稳。请各位哥姐给建议谈谈看法，小弟谢过。
