前处理方法验证中关于certified reference materials (CRMs)的问题 已有1人参与

| 本人制备了一种固体材料用于固相萃取饮料中的三嗪化合物，审稿人意见中有这样一条“For samples (with complex matrices) prepared only by dissolving in water, only spiking step, does not seem to be the correct method for accuracy study. It would be better to check the proposed method with the use of appropriate certified reference materials (CRMs). It would increase the analytical value of the study”。请教各位虫友这个CRMs验证要怎么做呢？搜索了很多样品前处理的文章里面也没有CRMs验证。希望有经验的虫友不吝赐教，不胜感激！！ |
