thanks for the authors’ response. some good improvements have been made, but some critical problems are not addressed clearly in the revised manuscript.
1) the author replied the reviewers’ comments one-by-one. however not all corresponding modifications have been made.
2) as stated in the response letter, the voltage balance and power balance have been achieved well in the actual 10-kv sst prototypes. why the proposed strategy is required?
3) for the single-phase ac-dc sst (single-phase chb), is the eq. (1) ok? check ref. [18].

authors have addressed the reviewers concern. few minor suggestions.
1. authors made changes in title but the use of word "excellent" should be avoided.
2.though the references in the paper are sufficient but all are too region specific. could consider other recent papers.
要二轮修改了，为啥这还给了大修..感觉语气不太友好
