在氯化钠的浓度从0上升到8%时,泥浆的降滤失量增长的很快。当氯化钠的含量到12%的时候,泥浆的滤失量比基浆的滤失量更大。有两个原因来解释此种现象。第一,在盐水基浆中,高分子链中的负电荷密度降低,导致聚合物中分子链卷曲。 第二,由于溶液中电解质对粘土表面扩散双电层的挤压,粘土颗粒的zeta电位的绝对值降低。随着体系中氯化钠含量的增加,泥浆的控制滤失的能力降低。

The filtration quantity of slurry grows fast when the concentration of sodium chloride increased from 0 to 8 percent and higher than that in the basic mud when the content of sodium chloride increased to 12%. There are two reasons for the phenomenon. Firstly, the decline of the density of negative charge in the polymer chain led to the coil of molecular chain of the polymer in saline basic mud. Secondly, as a result of the extrusion of the electrolyte in solution on the proliferation of double-layer in the surface of clay, the absolute value of zeta potential in clay particles reduced. With the increase of the content of sodium chloride in the system, the ability of the mud in controlling the filtration of slurry reduced.

When concentration of sodium chloride (NaCl) increases from 0 to 8%, filtrate loss of slurry shows fast growth. When NaCl concentration goes up to 12%, filtration loss of slurry is larger than base slurry. There are two reasons to explain this phenomenon. Firstly, in salt water-based slurry, negative charge density of macromolecule chain was reduced, resulting in molecular chain coiled. Secondly, as extrusion function of electrolyte in solution on diffusion double-layer of clay surface, absolute value of zeta potential of clay particles was reduced. With the increase of NaCl content in system, the ability to control filtration loss of slurry was decreased.
