Fig.8 indicates the effect drawing of photocatalytic degradation rate of methylene blue under sunlight. From Fig. 8, it can be seen that the degradation rate of methylene blue is up to 87.86% when it is irradiated only 20 min by sunlight. It show that Sb2S3 have high photocatalytic degradation rate for methylene blue under sunlight, and demonstrate obvious visible-light activity. From the corresponding UV-visible absorption spectrum of the Sb2S3, we know that a remarkable absorption peak at the wavelength of 725~800 nm within visible light and the band gap is 1.52 eV. Thus, it can make full use of the visible light to excitated,  and effectively photocatalysis degradation of methylene blue.

Fig.8 shows the effects of the samples on photocatalytic degradation rate of methylene blue under sunlight. The degradation rate of methylene blue was up to 87.86% after irradiated only 20 min by sunlight which indicated that the Sb2S3 had high photocatalytic catalysis degradation efficiency for methylene blue under sunlight and obvious visible-light activity. The main absorption peak of the Sb2S3 according to the corresponding UV-visible absorption spectrum is at the wavelength of 725~800 nm which is within the visible light and with the band gap of 1.52 eV. Thus, it could be excitated by the visible light of the sunlight and catalyse the photocatalysis degradation of methylene blue effectively.

It shows that Sb2S3 under sunlight have high photocatalytic degradation efficiency to methylene blue, and demonstrates obvious visible-light activity. From UV-visible absorption spectrum of sample, a remarkable absorption peak of Sb2S3 is at wavelength of 725~800 nm within visible light and the band gap is 1.52 eV. Thus, it can make full use of the visible light to excite reaction. Effectively photocatalysis degradation of methylene blue can be obtained.
