【求助完毕】会议论文投稿时的文件名如何起？

The file name, including the directory part, must contain only Latin-1 characters. 是不是对文件名优限制呀？ The file name, including the directory part, must contain only Latin-1 characters. If it contains any other (for example, Chinese) characters, then some browsers will not pass the file name correctly and you will get error messages.
