新加坡南洋理工大学材料科学与工程学院招聘Research fellow Key Responsibilities: The Research Fellow(RF) position relates to the project on lithium-ion battery (LIBs) recycling. Specifically, it will focus on developing and scaling-up innovative “waste-to-resource” hydrometallurgical pathways to extract and recover valuable metals from spent LIBs using fruit peel wastes as the primary feedstock. The RF will also assist in the design, construction and industrial deployment of a pilot plant reactor that is compliant with the developed recycling scheme. The final objective is to evaluate the techno-economic feasibility of the scaled-up process. This includes: • Research, design, and develop scaled-up production processes • Perform routine calibration and troubleshooting of instruments • Evaluate and improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of the developed process Job Requirements: • PhD in Chemical Engineering/ Materials Science or equivalent degrees • Experience in battery recycling and hydrometallurgical extraction of metals • Relevant industry experience will be viewed favorably • Good record of publications and Ips • Energetic, proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills • A target-oriented, structured attitude and team spirit are necessary • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required • Ideal candidate will be adept at planning, prioritizing, multi-tasking, organizing, following through and thinking on his/her feet Salary: $4,000 to $8,000 Monthly 有意者请联系 Assistant Prof. Dalton Tay Chor Yong (Email: cytay@ntu.edu.sg) We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. |
