[交流] PRE被拒！！！！！贴出理由来。

3个审稿人的意见：

I went through the paper and the author's note. One of my reservations
is that, there is considerable overlap with earlier publications.  In
addition, there continues to be some short comings with the
formulation, namely, the use of Serret-Frenet framing which does not
work on straight sectors. Such sectors can develop  even with an initial
shape that is everywhere curved if one considers  shape transformations,
which is a focus of the present research.

My overall view is, the present paper is not suitable for publication
in Physical Review E.

Since the present work has been compared against Ref[3] which gives it
an experimental context, the author can consider for instance,
submitting in PNAS where those experiments have been reported.

第一个不是个大问题，是审稿人一厢情愿纠缠住这个问题不放。
第二个似乎太牛，直接拒搞！毫无理由。
第三个太吓人，居然要我投PNAS。

虫子们给点意见，投其他杂志觉得有些可惜！
