This volume includes 10 chapters that describe the introduction of food contaminants their impacts and safety measures classification of food contaminants microbiological contamination of food agrochemical role in food contamination environmental contaminants in food emerging contaminants of food foodborne diseases preservation of food the safety of food and feed and food protection and regulations. This work will be helpful for students teachers researchers and scientists to know about the subject.
