(已解决) Journal Manager回信了，里面几句话不是很懂，请教大侠们

第一句：YOU MUST ALSO SUBMIT A SEPARATE LIST OF RESPONSES TO THE PROBLEMS THAT WERE RAISED, UNDER THE SUBMISSION ITEM "RESPONSES TO TECHNICAL CHECK RESULTS". We regret that without a completed "Responses" sheet, your manuscript will not be further processed. 第二句：PLEASE NOTE: resubmission is not a guarantee that your paper will subsequently proceed to the peer review process, which is a decision to be made at the sole discretion of the Editor." PS:是因为以下原因回我信的—： 1) Graphical abstract provided should fit within area of 5cm by 17cm. 2) Please improve the clarity of the structures of compound numbers provided in the graphical abstract. 3) Figures and tables provided in the manuscript should also be in the cited in the text.
