关于EI返回修改意见的问题

投稿后，编辑部返回修改意见，其中一条是： 1. all references should be cited in the text, and the reference number in square brackets should conform to the number in the list; the references are ordered and numbered in accordance with the last name and initials of the first author in English transcription; 前半句理解，但是后半句不太懂什么意思？有没有人碰到的？ |
