- Pharmacokinetics/Biopharmaceutics
- Pharmacokinetic-based drug interactions (e.g., drug transporters, drug metabolizing enzymes)
- Model based approach to predict pharmacokinetic profiles and interactions
- Investigation on transporter/metabolizing enzyme-mediated pharmacokinetic alterations in disease model and prediction of their clinical implications (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease)

2. 主要实验内容
- Cell culture (e.g., immortalized cell lines, primary hepatocytes)
- In vivo experiments using mouse/rat
- Quantitative RT-PCR, drug transport study, plasma protein binding study, microsomal stability
- Quantitative analysis: HPLC, etc.
