ICIECS2009,这个会议怎么样？

按会议网站介绍全部文章都是EI全文检索，有没有可能最后被骗了，文章不被EI全文检索。 http://www.iciecs.org/ International Conference on Information Engineering and Computer Science(ICIECS2009 The International Conference on Information Engineering and Computer Science (ICIECS2009) will be held on December 19-20, 2009 in Wuhan, China. This conference will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Surveying and Mapping, Artificial Intelligence and Its Application, Image Processing and Digital Signal Processing, Computer Modeling and Simulation, and Software Engineering. The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Press(Book Proceedings), all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP. The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in some International Journals which are indexed by SCI or EI.
