[求助] Thermo Xcalibur软件安装出现问题

Xcalibur 3.0.3 版本突然无法使用，卸载后重新安装就装不上了。。提示是说没有日志文件。。有没有大佬帮忙解决一下这个问题

现在在进行数据分析，急需使用软件
