负责公司华中区技术部门，主要针对浪潮ERP系统为客户做售前，实施资询，及售后疑难问题在的解答。成功的完成财务系统（FI）、采购管理（MM）、库存管理（MM）销售管理(SD)，工资系统，固定资产，生产计划，质量管理，成本管理等模块的实施应用。
使用了windows2000/xp；windows2000 server/2003 server操作系统，使用数据库SYBASE, MS SQL Server，Oracle；并能使用SQL对数据库进行数据提取。

     项目描述：该项目主要目标是达到企业资源共享，使企业信息流，资金流，数据流三流统一；主要要解决的问题是，解决销售管理的应收与财务的应收数据不统一，销售考核数据不确定问题；同时加强企业财务核算、提升财务管理，利用本系统从源头上控制采购成本，压缩库存占用资金，利用考核管理与工资管理子系统精确绩效考核。通过本项目的最终目标是要给企业决策提供准确的数据支持。
     责任描述： 作为实施（应用）经理，主要负责制定实施计划，参与调研考核系统，制企业ERP流程规划，编定测试用例，进行工作任务的分配与安排，参与项目的实施及测试工作。
具体工作：安装，调试，ERP系统；依企业流程与ERP系统为企业建模，设定流程。编制系统数据整理说明及表样，最终对整理数据进行归集，转入系统。另外完善实施资料提交相关领导审批；企业及团队内部有关企业业务处理问题的解答及相关操作的培训工作；编制了ERP静态数据ID号及命名规范的标准；完成总结报告、团队工作绩效统计

     项目描述：该项目用于加强企业内部财务核算，提升企业财务管理；特别是如何有效的解决对下级单位财务监控及总公司对整个集团财信息汇总收集的即时性问题，另外通过整个系统的运行达到对总公司资金的合理利用问题。
     责任描述： 作为项目经理，主要负责调研整个集团现状，编制集团核算体系，规划控制范围，实施框架，制定实施计划。解决实施过程中企业疑难业务的处理，另外参与项目的实施工作，同时协调团队计划完成项目实施。

     项目描述：该项目主要通过B/S构架，实现对全国个各个营业的部数据的集中管理，监控以及分析，同时通过浪潮的证券系统即的反馈出每天的营业状况及利润分析状况。进行为企业决策提供数据支持。
     责任描述： 组员，主要负责培训工作、编定培训计划，搭建培训环境，编制培训摸似试题以及培训PPT文档，最终提交培训考核成绩及相关总结报告。


劳驾那位高手给翻译一下。希望不要用翻译软件直接翻译，毕竟要发给老外看，更关系小弟工作命运。
